When do I need to order a keg for the weekend?
- Domestic kegs such as Bud, Miller, Lienies, ect. can be reserved by as late as Thursday for pickup that same weekend.
- If it's a specialty beer we would perfer orders by Tuesday to guarantee availability for the weekend.
- We ALWAYS have kegs on hand for that spur of the moment party!
Is there a discount wine day?
- YES, it is every Monday. All wines are 10% off every Monday (at Big Top locations only) unless they are below cost. If they are below cost they will be clearly marked with orange cards.
How much product do I need for a certain number of people?
(for example: a group of 25)
- Well, this depends on what the function is and how long its going to run. Is it a day party or an evening party? Will a meal be served, or just snacks and hors d'oeurves. Generally an evening party will consume more drinks. A full dinner party will consume a little less. A rule of thumb is 1 1/2 drinks for each person per 3 hour period. Each party is a little different and some people drink more and some drink less. If you know your crowd any of our managers can assist you to make sure your party is a success.
Do you carry any bar supplies?
- Yes we do. We have a variety of wine openers, cups for kegs, glassware, crystal wine glasses, shakers, pourers, stir sticks and plenty of other bar supply needs all the way down to the umbrella for your cocktail. This helps your one-stop shopping guarantee PARTY SUCCESS!!
