Refund Policy:

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy:

Orders will be shipped from the wine company to the Big Top/Sid's Discount that was selected on the order site. Then that order can be picked up by the customer at the selected store.

Age Verification Policy:

By purchasing wine from your preferred retailer, you are confirming that you are the age of 21 or over, and are subject to the alcohol-related laws of the state in which the wine is being delivered. No wine will be delivered without first receiving identification confirming the age of the recipient. No wine will be delivered to any individual who is obviously intoxicated.
